🔊🥳 Today, May 27, 1975, Jadakiss was born Jason Terrance Phillips in Yonkers, NY. Jadakiss‘ sophomore studio album “Kiss of Death” was certified gold on March 11, 2005. Released in 2004, the album reached no. 1 on the Billboard 200, and spawned these three Hot 100 singles: ‘Why?’ ft. Anthony Hamilton (no. 11), ‘U Make Me Wanna’ ft. Mariah Carey (no. 21), and ‘Time’s Up!’ ft. Nate Dogg. Scott Storch produced two of the singles, ‘Time’s Up!’ & ‘U Make Me Wanna.’ Havoc, co-producer of Mack Wilds’ ‘Henny,’ produced ‘Why?’
