🔊🙏🏾 Today, April 30, 1983, Muddy Waters, born McKinley Morganfield, passed away from heart failure in Westmont, Illinois. Muddy Waters has an album called “Fathers and Sons,” and it peaked at no. 70 on the US Billboard 200. “Fathers and Sons” is the seventh studio album from Waters, and it was originally released as a double LP in 1969. This Chicago blues album was delivered via Chess Records/Universal Music Group——the same label artists such as The Flamingos, and Chuck Berry released albums through.
