Music Birthday: Vincent Herbert

🔊🎉Today, January 27, 1973, Vincent Herbert was born in Newark, New Jersey. 20 years before serving as executive producer of Tamar Braxton’s sophomore studio album, “Love and War,” Herbert produced ‘How Many Ways’ for Toni Braxton’s eponymous debut solo studio album. Herbert used a sample of ‘God Make Me Funny,’ by The Headhunters & Pointer Sisters. In 2016, 9th Wonder sampled ‘How Many Ways’ in his ‘Ways I Love.’
